Eberl's Claim Service

Services

Eberl's Claim Service, Inc. is a nationwide provider of claims adjusters for the insurance industry. As specialists in catastrophe adjustment and management services, our company provides the support when and where it is needed most. A company built for and around our employees, we are very proud of our continuing growth and the reputation of quality claims handling we have established. Our goal is to exceed our client's expectations by providing their customers with reliable and expedient service that they can count on.

Organization

Although our home office is located in Lakewood, Colorado, we have employees located across the United States. By establishing firm commitments from specialists in all fields of adjusting, we have assembled a workforce comprised of some of the most qualified adjusters in the industry. This includes Auto, Residential, Commercial, Multi-Line, Business Interruption, Inventory Loss, Rope and Harness Inspections, and Hazardous Materials.

Each of our employees is kept apprised of client specific procedures, state specific information, and deployment opportunities by their assigned Team Dispatcher. Utilizing a team concept we are able to activate large teams of adjusters for catastrophe work, or staff local offices for day-to-day operations in a matter of hours. We will have adjusters on site and ready to work within 24-48 hours of authorization. Depending on the size and severity of the event, we can also provide dedicated field managers to facilitate the set up and operation of the event.

Technology

Along with using the standard estimating platforms (Xactimate, Boeckh, DDS, Simsol, ADP-Autosource, and Mitchell-Ultramate), our employees have the power of the internet at their disposal. We are fully equipped to process "paperless claims" and utilize e-billing as well as digital storage. Our home office houses Eberls.com, our solution to client specific needs. Employees in the field download our storm specific claim management and reporting software which reduces human errors and increases adjuster productivity. In addition, we are able update our employees in the field with the click of a mouse. This enables us to provide custom report formats for client and storm specific needs. Our home office continues its never ending goal to harness tomorrow's technology and put it to use today.
