    • Troy Everett

      Human Resources Manager

      Troy Everett has over 15 years of human resources experience working in healthcare, community mental health, and insurance. A true generalist at heart, Mr. Everett is passionate about aligning and integrating all aspects of the human resources functions to support business goals, employees, and the overall success of the business. In previous roles, he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR business plans, recruiting, training, leadership development programs, talent management, and participating on executive leadership teams.  Mr. Everett joined Eberl Claims Service in 2016 as the company’s first HR professional. He holds a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, an MS in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University, and an MSM in Management/HR from Regis University.  Mr. Everett’s credentials also include the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
    • Nick Ciabattoni

      Executive Vice President

      Nick began his career in the insurance industry in 1989 as a Property Claim Representative for Aetna Life and Casualty.  His career progression includes several management roles and for the past 14 years, executive level roles with two leading carriers, The Hartford and CNA Financial.   Most recently Nick served as Vice President of Property and Marine Claims Worldwide for CNA Financial, where he was responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy for the Property Claim Teams and Large Loss Organization.  Nick has extensive experience working with Independent Adjusters and Independent Adjustment firms from the insurance company perspective including performance management and contracting.  He holds a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, has completed executive programs at the Kellogg and Wharton Schools of Management and possesses insurance specific designations including– CPCU, AIC, AAM, AIM and ARe.  Nick joined Eberl in January, 2018 as EVP of National Claims Organization.
    • Eric Scott

      Divisional Chief Financial Officer

      Eric Scott joined Eberl in 2016 as Controller. In his role, Mr. Scott has oversight and responsibility for all aspects of Eberl’s finance function and leads the finance and accounting organization. Mr. Scott has more than 15 years of senior financial management and leadership experience with large multi-national publicly traded companies including Flextronics and SunEdison. He has significant experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis and controllership. Mr. Scott graduated from Fontbonne University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and is a Certified Management Accountant.
    • Tudor Moscalu

      Director of Information Technology

      Tudor Moscalu has over 10 years of technology and leadership experience working for Accenture and Wells Fargo. Mr. Moscalu is a strong advocate for architecting and building technology capabilities that clearly align to business goals and objectives. In his prior roles, Mr. Moscalu was responsible for the delivery of risk and regulatory technology initiatives and for leading merger technology and datacenter consolidation efforts. He has significant experience in technology consulting, strategic planning, financial management, solution delivery, analytics, process simplification, and enterprise architecture. Mr. Moscalu joined Eberl Claims Service in 2018. He holds undergraduate degrees in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia. He received an MBA and certificate of graduate study in Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina.
    • Jennifer Whiteaker-Hevelone

      Executive Vice President

      Jennifer became involved in the insurance industry in 1991 on the agency side. She began her career in claims in 1996 and first began working with Eberl as a Trainer in 1998. During her tenure at Eberl she has worked as a field Claims Adjuster, field Claims Trainer, field Claims Manager and Director of Claims Training prior to accepting her current position in 2013. In her role as Executive Director she oversees all facets of our training program and workforce development activities. She leads our quality assurance team which includes, administrative operations, file reviewers and QA administration. Jennifer is closely involved in all leadership decisions, corporate visioning and functional aspects of the company as well. Jennifer is a Xactimate Affiliate Certified trainer and a certified Diversity and Cultural Competency trainer. She holds adjuster’s licenses in multiple states and speaks nationwide to audiences ranging in size from 15 to 400 regarding property insurance claims. Jennifer holds the Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Associate in in Claims Management (AIC-M) designations. Over the last 25 years Jennifer has built an impressive reputation among the industry as a leader and trusted resource for all things claims related.
