USAA Certification Exam

Registration Instructions:

·         You MUST have a resume on file with us prior to registration.  If you do not have a resume on file, you may submit one via fax at 303.986. 2771, via e-mail to hr@eberls.com, or you may complete an online resume by clicking here:  http://www.eberls.com/adjusters_employment_resume.cfm.  Please do not submit your registration unless you either have a resume on file or have submitted one to us.

·         You must have 3 years property adjusting experience   

·         Complete the online registration form.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provide on your registration.   This is the only confirmation you will receive.

·         You must be pre-registered, walk-ins are not permitted.

·         The certification is free of charge.  Business casual dress is required.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY:

·         If you cannot attend the class you MUST contact us PRIOR to the class date to cancel your registration.   Failure to do so may jeopardize future deployment opportunities. 

Preparation Materials/Requirements:

·         The certification exam is based around Xactimate Sketch diagrams.   You must be familiar with Sketch, especially roofs, in order to be successful on this exam.

·         You will need to have a calculator and pens/pencils for the exam. 

·         You may use Xactimate during the certification exam, and we strongly urge you to do so.  If you choose to use Xactimate, you will need to furnish your own laptop, an external mouse and have Xactimate loaded on your computer prior to the exam.  The testing location will have limited power outlets, so having a full battery life is best.

·         We are offering a 4 hour preparation/study class the day before the exam.   During this class, we will be able to load a demo version of Xactimate 25 on your laptop.  This session is optional.   If you would like to register for it, or would like more information, click here: USAA Preparation Course

·          If you do not want to attend the preparation session, and would like to request an installation CD for a demo version of Xactimate 25, send an e-mail to training@eberls.com and include your shipping address.

·         We also have practice exercises available on our Virtual Training Center.   If you are interested, you may login to our web site, go the “VTC” and register for the “Adjuster Basics Refresher Course v.08”.
