They call it stormy Monday

And Tuesday’s just as bad… A line of strong thunderstorms moving across the South and Southeast yesterday brought heavy rain and high winds prompting flooding in many areas. The thunderstorms will keep rollin’ across the South and Florida today bringing the chance of hail, high winds, tornadoes and additional flooding. These systems will lessen in intensity as they move toward the southern Atlantic Seaboard by tonight.

The next severe weather threat will come this weekend in the form of thunderstorms for parts of eastern Nebraska, Iowa and southern Minnesota on Saturday. By Sunday, the storm activity will spread to the southern and possibly central Plains,as well as pushing east into the Lower Mississippi Valley. More hail, high winds and tornadoes are possible.
