You Spoke, and We Listened!

We would like to thank everyone that took the time to complete our recent Contact Preference Survey! We are pleased to share the following results with you, as well as how we are responding to your feedback.

A resounding 80% of you indicated your favored method of contact was via text message. So you’ve likely noticed that we’ve been communicating more and more via text! If you’re not opted in yet, we encourage you to do so by texting the word SUBSCRIBE to 889-79. The second most preferred contact method was email at 16%. If you do not wish to receive text messages, don’t worry- all text messages will also be sent via email, so you’ll never miss out!

Finally, 4% of you indicated your favored contact method was a good old-fashioned phone call. While this is a smaller percentage- not to worry, we are here for you! We are still fully accessible by phone for whatever needs you may have. Our dedicated recruiting and staffing teams are always available to take your calls and help.

While we rely heavily on text and email for weather alerts, standby and assignment notifications, rest assured all actual deployments will still happen via a phone call. In addition, we make it a point to reach out from time to time, just to check in and make that voice to voice connection with each of you.

In our continuing efforts to innovate the ways we connect with our adjusters, we are pleased to announce the development of our Eberl Adjuster Connection mobile app. This app will provide real time updates, location services, push notifications and more. We are in the early phases of rolling it out, so keep an eye on your email for updates in the coming weeks!

Staying connected to our adjusters is paramount to the success of our organization. Once again, we thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. We are here, and we are listening!
